Cannot recommend highly enough, Paul and his team transformed our back garden to a lovely stone paved area with a section levelled for rubber matting for our toddlers play area. His work is to a very high standard and he was very professional. When we get more work done in the future we won't hesitate to contact him again.

First class job by John and the guys. Turned up on time to view the job, very knowledgeable and thorough assessment. Work completed to our agreed timescale and to a high standard, photos supplied to show before/after, important on a roof! Reasonably priced and very pleasant. Thanks so much to 1st Class Property Care for assembling my FlatPack Louis Gold Real Marble (heavy) Console Tables×2 / Lamp Tables×2 & Coffee Tables×1 as well as removing/Inspecting/re-packaging my other Louis Chrome real Marble Tables (2× Console / 2× Lamp 2×Coffee Tables), ready for putting in Storage for me to use later when changing my marble colour & frame from Gold to Chrome). They also completely rearranged all my furniture+Rugs & my Lounge, Hall & Landing have been transformed into a stunning Home.

A M Contracts did an excellent job of dismantling the wall cleaning the bricks and then rebuilding the wall. Despite disruption caused by the weather I could not fault the the work carried out. We are all really pleased with the rebuilt wall. A number of people have already said what a good job.

Sam impressed from the off when invited out to provide a quotation, asking pertinent questions I had not even considered. Before work commenced he ensured a meeting with my architect and ran through technical specs. The work itself has surpassed our aspirations. He kept the site tidy throughout and it is clear he takes pride in his work. is communication throughout was also excellent, often using his initiative when a cost neutral desicion needed to be made, but checking with me for all else.

we needed one wall plastered, and Mark gave me a great quote, he als recomended having the rest of the kitchen plastered too. So glad we took his advice. First time we've had smooth walls, giving us a blank canvas to work with. Mark quote was prefect, he turned up on time, got on with the job, and left the place spotless. After getting a reasonable quote for the work, Mr Rankine was then able to start the work at a time which suited my husband and myself. The work was done to a high standard, which was plastering three walls in a bedroom. Am very pleased with the end result, the walls now look brilliant, lovely smooth finish and ready for painting. If I needed any more plastering work done in the future I would definitely use Mr Rankine again.

I needed a total bathroom refurbishment it was my very good fortune to find Charlie cowie online. id had four other bathroom specialists out for a quote but after 5 minutes I knew I wanted Charlie to do the refurbishment. his professionalism and eye for detail were FANTASTIC. he is also very friendly and treats your home as if it was his own. Charlie did all the work himself and left no mess at all. the finished job was truly OUTSTANDING. kitchen is the next project so you know who will be doing that.
