Matt gave us a detailed estimate and set out his terms clearly. He was polite and professional and carried out the refurb of our cloakroom to a good standard, leaving everything clean and tidy. I can highly recommend Thor. Marcin has completed my loft conversion to a very high standard. His tradesmen have all been polite, careful, tidy and competent. I used the architect and structural engineer Marcin recommended and was pleased with their results. He had a company calculate the cost of the project so there has been no ambiguity about costs from the outset. The job has been completed to a high standard and I am thrilled with the result of his work! Am happy to recommend.

Although we did not hire this company for the internal building work we asked them to quote to put up decking and a fence in the garden. They have done an excellent job and have been a pleasure to have around. Punctual,reliable and polite and very good tradesmen. I would recommend them for similar work.

We can't recommend Arbiter Coatings enough! Bill was extremely helpful right from the quote stage to completion of the work. He offered us a solution to covering up the fake stone front of our home to give us the exact result we had hoped for when no-one else could. Don't be put off if you are a distance away from where Bill is based as Arbiter Coatings travelled a long way to us and had other jobs in our area, We can see why these guys are in high demand.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Quick to respond. Polite friendly and tidy whilst in the house. I woke the next morning to a wet carpet, full light bulb and stained ceiling. The communication was friendly both ways. Came back the following afternoon. He'd changed a tap and fitted new connectors but the olive was leaking as it was the old one???? Chased for payment b4 ceiling dry. Invoice date 12th due 11th???? £133 p hr shd have got a quote. My bad.
