Came around and got measurements, went away and sent over quote for the job very quickly. Had another that was q touch cheaper however, from the conversation I had, believed that the job would be of a better quality through D&S and was glad with my decision. He said he was just waiting on materials to come and said he’d be in touch soon as he had materials and said he’d be round the following week to carry out work. When I messaged just to confirm him coming he ignored my message and didn’t bother doing the job ! Very unprofessional!

Really happy with the work that’s has been carried out. David and his team were very good at working around a schedule that fit us both and the work was done efficiently, with no corners cut. Would and have recommended.
No response to any attempts at communication once I had paid. No key sent for the new lock I had fitted. Another locksmith had to come out to sort out eh lock and said it was a bad job.

We needed a terrazzo floor removed, new tiles installed and a whole new kitchen+appliances installed. Mike and his team worked for just over two weeks start to finish. They showed up everyday and worked late to get the job done, any minor issues were sorted quickly. All the work was carried out to a high standard, the boys cleaned up everyday and gave us lots of helpful advice and suggestions throughout. We are extremely impressed with the whole team and we would definitely recommed these guys!

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Facts are you were asked to leave after taking advice from other tradesman and building control that observed your work in detail, you broke your own building contract, you tried pulling a fast one trying to charge us twice with your supplier for the staircase, which doesn’t meet building regs as the roof is not to drawing - I can go on, but to call yourself a trustworthy builder that for sure is incorrect and the tradespeople who are finishing this job are testament to that.

Whilst a very personable gentleman, Glen didn't fill my requirements though his quote was within my requested range. Obviously knew what he was talking about and explained things in a very easy-to-understand manner. Unfortunately he didn't get the contract though.

Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.
