I have been in the trade for 22 years. I worked for dulux before I set up on my own 10 years ago. I undertake all aspects of internal/external painting and decorating with a professional, friendly and reasonably priced service. Derek took the job and took a deposit. He cancelled at the last minute. He offered other dates that did not work for us or a refund. We asked for the refund. He never replied to many messages and has not refunded us for work that was never done.
