I am very happy with the work James has recently completed for me which consisted of building a wall for my garage conversion. He takes a lot of pride in his work and was very professional. We had a log burning stove fitted. Nick was very helpful from the the beginning. He explained what needed to be done and gave us a very good price for the job. They came and worked through the day while we were at work and when we got home they had left the room very tidy and with only a small amount of dust to wipe away. The finishing result is exactly what we wanted. We would recommend Equity Homes to anyone who is wanting a new fire fitting.

I really couldn't have asked for a better tradesman. I needed a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, d/s toilet and a laundry room tiling. Most floors and walls and all with either porcelain tiles or granite. This was a huge job as part of a major extension. Not only did Matt provide an excellent quality service and a great value, but flexibility and adaptability to work around other tradesman, responding quickly to changes in schedules and delays. Absolutely highly recommended and will use again for sure.

Although I was happy with the bulk of the work, they did not return to finish off the last couple of jobs that I wasn't happy with. I have had to contact other tradesmen to finish the work.

You know how builders start a job and then mysteriously disappear for days on end without warning? And then leave the last few jobs unfinished while they go off and start something else? James doesn't do any of this. At all. He's a builder for the 21st century. He sends pics and updates via social media and sorts out problems when he's not around. He made a very nice job of our extension and I'd highly recommend him. John.

Geoff turned up on time, well presented van, well prepared, and got on with the tasks quickly. The work was varied, and he tackled all intelligently and diligently, completing more than I had hoped in the one day. Since then he has been back for two more days, and although I haven't been on site to check, again seems to have completed more than I had hoped. In short: Reliable, fairly priced, well prepared and able to tackle a wide range of tasks efficiently and appropriately.

The guys were great, really helpful (I asked a lot of questions!) and they turned up when they said they would, working through some pretty awful weather. Can't rate them highly enough and would definitely use them again. They also bailed us out of a tight spot when the fencing supplier let us down with 24hrs to go before the job started. John took care of it and the job got sorted in the time frame they said they would. Overall - excellent. Definitely would use again.

Arrived on time on the appointed day. Initial job was done well however unforeseen complications arose due to previous non maintenance of central heating system and Jimi worked on to ensure heating was fully operational. Very satisfied with work and would employ again for further plumbing/heating jobs
