Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. I am a plasterer with 20 years experience. As well as plastering I do rendering; floor screeding; Dry wall metal stud partitioning; Dot and Dab. I am qualified in Monocouche and K-Rend render, also traditional lime render. My name is my business so I pride myself on doing an excellent job. I am honest and trustworthy.

Tom was prompt and did rather more than he had contracted to do. He pulled in a small number of extras as the work progressed with very little added to the bill. It was good to find somebody prepared to do a number of small jobs.
Dale was excellent. Very friendly, self sufficient and completed the job in a really short space of time to a great standard. His pricing was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use him in future.
