Ola came on time to refit an old gas hob that needed replacing. He initially came to quote and he purchased the hob I wanted with full correspondence throughout. His work was first class taking his time to ensure all was in-order during the re-fit. Ola even fixed a gas isolation issue that was required for the gas supply to the hob - only charging for the parts. I have no hesitation in using Ola again and can thoroughly recommend his knowledge and workmanship.

I've nothing against this professional - He tried to fix the problem, but it was a difficult job and beyond his capabilities - As it also was for a subsequent engineer! Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.

Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance
