I also issue landlord safety certificates and cover heat pumps. I have worked with many companies, including British Gas. I provide all my customers with great customer care. The condensation tank was not checked you said if there was water it would not operate . Not true. No checks for Co above boiler was a miserable service which provided no reassurance wasnt worth £108 be honest you know it wasn’t
