He also replaced our shower in the en-suite and did a perfect job as well as replacing new flooring tiling and completely decorating the en-suite .. Jacques came to install a shower screen and fix a light. Within hours, the shower screen fell and shattered because he failed to anchor it correctly. The light he fixed now only turns on but won’t turn off. Despite multiple calls from me and my tenants, he’s ignoring all contact. His high rating is misleading and possibly manipulated. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using him. And because of him, i dot think i want to use rated people anymore

Had a wall knocked down and new floor fitted by Phil. He was extremely careful not to cause too much mess and double checked before going ahead with any work. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family and use him for any future work!

Cannot recommend highly enough. The work was finished to a really high standard. They were really adaptable when the tiles we had ordered failed to arrive on time. They adjusted their plans and worked really hard to get the work done on time, without compromising on the quality of the finish. They were also really considerate of working around young children, and were very patient with little interruptions from a fascinated six year old!
