We received excellent advice from Andrew Smedley before we commited to the work, and then him and his partner Neil Dunkley completed an excellent installation with the minimum of fuss. A first rate company to deal with, both professionally and personally.

Asked them to do a big job (over 50 Sqm including under tile heating over 4 rooms) and at very short notice and they could not have done a more efficient job. I trusted them in my house alone for the 5 days and they left it tidy and clean and we're extremely polite and helpful. They filled us in with all the details we wanted to know and we're very contactable. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

Nick responded straightaway and came to do the job a few hours later. He was quick, tidy and the cost was at the lower end of what he had quoted. I'd definitely use him again.

Absolutely fantastic. Scott and team arrived and worked tirelessly fitting our boiler and rewiring and rerouting pipes as well as various small jobs over two of the hottest days of the year. The pipe work and wiring is a work of art compared to what we had before, neat and tidy and a seamless transition to the new boiler. I've had a problem for a while with my underfloor heating - boiler would come on even when the thermostat was off, so I've been unable to automatically turn heating on and off. I have had heating specialists from British Gas and also independents taking a look, saying they can't sort, and then charging a fee. Marian was able with his skillset to pinpoint the problem to an electrical switch associated with the underfloor heating. So it is now fixed, and I am a very happy customer!
