I contacted Dan because my 3-year-old dishwasher was making a horrible noise, refused to work and showed an F2 fault. The appointment was made in a matter of hours and thankfully he had availability next day. Dan spent some time finding out the problem and succeeded in clearing out the debris. Thankfully there were no other alarm bells and so I am now very pleased with having a working dishwasher again! Dan comes highly recommended if you are looking for clarity on your plumbing issue and a quick resolution

He ignored my text & left half the panel working buttons, unusable after he finished saying don’t use them, they do nothing any way. He quoted £85 but charged £102. I paid what he quotes me. In England, VAT is included in the quoted price unless explicitly stated otherwise. Every quote I’ve paid before included VAT or clearly mentioned it. This isn’t the U.S., where tax is added afterward. For the sake of £17, you’ve lost a customer looking to buy a new boiler.
