It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

Graham contacted me via telephone, I found his manor very pleasant and professional, he arranged a convienant time to visit the same day. He took of his shoes off whilst in the property and fitted the cieling fan as requested. I was very pleased with Graham and would recommend him. His pricing I found very pleasing and will certainly use his services again.

Nick responded straightaway and came to do the job a few hours later. He was quick, tidy and the cost was at the lower end of what he had quoted. I'd definitely use him again.

Excellent professional and polite service. The work was carried out to a high standard quickly and cleanly. Additionally, the customer service element was exceptional. Absolutely fantastic. Scott and team arrived and worked tirelessly fitting our boiler and rewiring and rerouting pipes as well as various small jobs over two of the hottest days of the year. The pipe work and wiring is a work of art compared to what we had before, neat and tidy and a seamless transition to the new boiler. I've had a problem for a while with my underfloor heating - boiler would come on even when the thermostat was off, so I've been unable to automatically turn heating on and off. I have had heating specialists from British Gas and also independents taking a look, saying they can't sort, and then charging a fee. Marian was able with his skillset to pinpoint the problem to an electrical switch associated with the underfloor heating. So it is now fixed, and I am a very happy customer!
