Johnny was fantastic from the moment he came round. As soon as he looked at the job I knew he was going to do it well. He fitted the worktop really efficiently, he was tidy and worked hard. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Ash was brilliant and got to the root cause very quickly and then went to buy the parts and remediated the problem I was having. Very nice chap and cleaned up after himself. I would definately recommend.
Geoff was very punctual and professional when completing our job. He made improved amendments to the set up of our toilets for any future enhancements we want to make to the bathrooms at a later stage. We did need to call Geoff back to refit the mechanism in the cistern, but he came back the next evening with no fuss and no extra charge. Overall we are very pleased with the two toilets Geoff fitted and they have made a big difference to the look/feel of our bathroom/cloakroom.
