Turned up early and completed a comprehensive service of my boiler. Helped answer some general questions I had with the immersion heater and pump which was extremely useful for future knowledge. Graham contacted me via telephone, I found his manor very pleasant and professional, he arranged a convienant time to visit the same day. He took of his shoes off whilst in the property and fitted the cieling fan as requested. I was very pleased with Graham and would recommend him. It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.
Asked them to do a big job (over 50 Sqm including under tile heating over 4 rooms) and at very short notice and they could not have done a more efficient job. I trusted them in my house alone for the 5 days and they left it tidy and clean and we're extremely polite and helpful. They filled us in with all the details we wanted to know and we're very contactable. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!
