It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

He took of his shoes off whilst in the property and fitted the cieling fan as requested. I was very pleased with Graham and would recommend him.
