These people came and gave us a quote very promptly. Jennie was very helpful and polite on the phone. Marco turned up at the agreed time and did a wonderful job. Because we had not supplied enough skirting board, we had an issue with a join under the window. Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. They said only to pay when 100% happy, and we were. Excellent service.

Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Have already phoned Martin about a couple of other urgent jobs that have come up in the last few days - both toilet cisterns out of service, and he has come out and sorted them out today. Martin is now our go to man for any future jobs, whether it's to carry out the job or just for help and suggestions. Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. He charged me more than fairly for a such high standard of work and I couldn't be happier with the results. I hired Jacques to install Aucostic wall panels and LED light strips in the panel. He initially setup the panels and tried setting up the LEDs on day2. As an electrician, he should be aware of driving parallel LED strip connections. By the end of Day2, he setup something where the led strips have different brightness due to voltage/current issues. he left the work in the middle leaving dangling power connections across the floor and not answering my calls/messages.I definitely don't recommend him.

-10 Do not use a guy from Grimsby called Ryan. Felted small shed roof, very few roofing tacks used and was not sealed down. No removal of old felting only patched up. Blown off within TWO Weeks was a total Botched Up Job, quoted £500 then told needed another £200 after job done...Just taken advantage of an elderly man.

Said he was going to come and look at my Kitchen Extractor fan, arranged 10am on Saturday 15th Oct. No show, no call or text either to advise. Clearly unreliable.
