Arrived approx 1 hour after phoning. Team of 3 worked hard. Work was a good quality and they stayed late to finish the job. Cleaned well after finishing.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Excellent workmanship on both the fence and the patio. The team were very prompt and gave a competitive quote and helpfully sources materials and guided our choices. Very pleased to have chosen them and we would definitely have the back for further work. We'd recommend them.

Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. He charged me more than fairly for a such high standard of work and I couldn't be happier with the results. Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Have already phoned Martin about a couple of other urgent jobs that have come up in the last few days - both toilet cisterns out of service, and he has come out and sorted them out today. Martin is now our go to man for any future jobs, whether it's to carry out the job or just for help and suggestions. Thanks Martin, Barry and I really appreciate the help you've given us these last few days :-)

Said he was going to come and look at my Kitchen Extractor fan, arranged 10am on Saturday 15th Oct. No show, no call or text either to advise. Clearly unreliable.
