Steve fitted some new bath taps and basin taps in our bathroom. He arrived exactly at the time agreed (the next day after quoting) and did an efficient job. Following some work done successfully in 2022 by this company, I reached out to have some similar work done in 2024. However, I paid a deposit for the work, the job was never started, communication stopped, despite me reaching out via phone and email, and I never received my deposit back. Highly disappointing after a great experience the first time round. I would not recommend.
Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

Very friendly always on time, excellent on electrics but also did some tiling for me which he is not so good at. To be fair his price for the tiling was very reasonable but his price for electrics seemed very high for what he did.
