So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

I hired Jacques to install Aucostic wall panels and LED light strips in the panel. He initially setup the panels and tried setting up the LEDs on day2. As an electrician, he should be aware of driving parallel LED strip connections. By the end of Day2, he setup something where the led strips have different brightness due to voltage/current issues. he left the work in the middle leaving dangling power connections across the floor and not answering my calls/messages.I definitely don't recommend him.

The price he quoted was far better than other companies and the work was done on time. He also did the little extras that would not normally get done. We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.
