Neil is a very professional tradesman who works to high quality standards and did an excellent job on our bathroom refurbishment. During the whole process from agreeing our requirements (which changed), making quotations, carrying out the work (including additions) and invoicing, Neil communicated effectively with us and delivered on his promises. Neil did all the plumbing, tiling and electrical work himself except for plastering the ceiling. He is very conscientious and careful to do everything correctly.

Lee gave us a very reasonable quote and arranged to do the work the following weekend. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and worked almost non-stop. He did everything we had asked, plus a couple of additional jobs, and it all looks and works great. His work is very neat and he tidied up as he went along. Job: repair to damaged electrical cable and re-routing in period property. The job was carried out thoroughly and very neatly. Darren is very personable and professional. He turned up on time, was very thorough and made sure the new cable was safely routed (unlike the old one) tidied up spotlessly and stuck to the quote. This job was a complete and complicated rewire of a large old farmhouse, including various extras such as security alarm, boiler and underfloor heating controls and renovating an old Victorian lantern. Chris has done an excellent job, and even though it turned out to be more awkward than he expected (beams in unusual places, ceilings that came down, boiler wiring being non-standard etc) he honoured the original quote and took the time to make sure it was done properly. The standard of work is very good and Chris perseveres with jobs until he is satisfied with the result. An example is the great care he took with the positioning of the kitchen lights. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Great job, done to a very professional standard. The lads always turned up on time and were able to help with some unforeseen issues caused by a damp wall and flooring. The original job was for a kitchen refit but they were able to help us with all the other problems with no extra hands required.
