I commissioned Alec Gardner Builder to install an interior Bathroom on the strength of his previous work replacing a soil down pipe. He is such a skilled and talented builder with an acute attention to detail. He constructed an excellent bathroom where I wouldn't have thought it was possible.( He also re felted the roof of a geriatric and tricky shed) I have no hesitation in recommending him for building work.

After a few logistical problems; the lads who came and did the work, were professional, friendly and hard working. I thank them for doing such a cracking job of the back garden. It’s now low maintenance and looks fantastic.

Anthony's communication throughout was great, from explaining a competitive quote, to walking through the completed job. Turned up when he said he would and completed the job in the time he said it would take. Looks neat and tidy. All in all, very pleased and would happily recommend. Craig and the team provided exceptional service. From first contact, Craig was friendly, informative, approachable and professional. I was reassured by his background in civil engineering, giving great confidence in his experience. Craig's quote was competitive. The work was completed on time to a very high standard and the lads left the garden clean and tidy. Despite costs increasing during the job, Craig kept to the estimate. This job was a complete and complicated rewire of a large old farmhouse, including various extras such as security alarm, boiler and underfloor heating controls and renovating an old Victorian lantern. Chris has done an excellent job, and even though it turned out to be more awkward than he expected (beams in unusual places, ceilings that came down, boiler wiring being non-standard etc) he honoured the original quote and took the time to make sure it was done properly. The standard of work is very good and Chris perseveres with jobs until he is satisfied with the result. An example is the great care he took with the positioning of the kitchen lights. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Attended at agreed time. Very friendly and professional. Lighting issue was sorted, working fine now and was happy to make minor adjustments to the light fitting, which had come off the ceiling.i am pleases with Shaun's workmanship and anything Electrical related would highly recommend him.
