The attention to detail in the preparation and quality of finish has been second to none and the end result is superb and completed for a very fair price. Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

The job took over 6 months to complete due to restricted working hours approx 10am to 3pm. No team of specialised workers but casual labourers. Good electrician. Poor plumber and tiler. Good design ideas but little to back it up. 3 years on I have had endless plumbing issues that have cost me to put right. Would not employ again nor recommend.
