Chris was able to guide us with our idea to convert our garage into a bedroom with ensuite. He provided easy to understand plans and graphics to help us visualise the possible end result. He also provided practicle ideas to help maximise the use of available space. A schedule of the work to be done was given and any changes were discussed. Kevins end product is stunning, he has great attention to detail and comes up with some really great ideas for the customer. Sometimes Kevin works in such a way it looks like chaos but he has his way and i have to say I will use him again and again .
I can't believe he said these things as he is aware that he is lying completely. First lie: I told him after two weeks about broken cooker handle as it can be proved that I left my feedback about my broken cooker handle after 3 days he did the work. This proves that he can't be trusted in anyone's home as he can say anything. We had to pay plumber and we had to use our insurance to replace the broken handle. I am sure a lot of old buildings have water pipes in the walls. A whole lot of lies to save fa

Paul is a very polite, professional trademans focused on delivering quality work that meets the customer's satisfaction. He offered advice that helped inform the design of the bathroom and completed the works within budget. Paul was very responsive to requests and was able to adapt his work when other suppliers let me down. Having not used 'Rated People' or Paul before, I was a little cautious however, I would definately recommend and use both services in the future.

ACL were a pleasure to work with. We are absolutely delighted with the build and finish. It was a substantial project renovating and changing the layout throughout the whole house as as well as a sizeable rear extension. Doug project managed the build, his professionalism, communication and understanding throughout the build was exceptional. Issues that arose (not of ACL's making) throughout the 6 month project were dealt with swiftly and effectively with clear communication on options and cost.
Lubo did some excellent work and I will look at getting him back for more work in the very near future.
Justin was an absolutely star, sourcing all.the materials, fitting a large walk in shower screen and charging a fair rate. open, honest and a quick worker. just wish I'd found him sooner! he even left us a tube of bathroom sealer for free! highly recommended.
