A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. Hired Chris for my parents’ bathroom based on positive reviews, but our experience was disappointing. He rewired things incorrectly in the hallway and didn’t return to fix it. He left the extractor fans unfinished and never completed the job, despite charging £550. My parents paid in good faith, trusting the reviews. He has ignored all contact and still hasn’t provided the bathroom work certificate. Would not recommend.
