I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

Great job tiling my fireplace and some of the floor in front adding much needed character to our living room. They were very professional and the finish looks great. They were punctual, friendly and clearly communicated what they would do and why before going ahead. First tradesman to be conscious about making a mess. They laid down dust sheets, swept and mopped the floor on their way out. 10 out of 10. Will rehire again when needed.
