Danny responded within minutes of my post going live and communicated throughout in a polite and friendly manner. He first took the time to understand the issues via a call, photos, and video clips, and arrived well prepared with the parts he anticipated might be needed. There were multiple issues to fix. Due to parts needing to be ordered, the work was completed over multiple visits, yet he honoured the original fixed quote. He was highly efficient, and very thorough in his work. I would highly recommend.

I was very pleased with Danny’s work replacing an old electric fire heater. Right from the start he was friendly, customer-focused and professional. Even though it was a small job he did not rush it. He paid great attention to detail and he made sure that he left the area neat and tidy on completion. I recommend him highly and will be using him again should the need arise.
