Steve called immediately and arranged for someone to come and look at the job. I then had a no obligation quote. There was no pressure just honest information. Im a self employed electrician, i have been a member of rated people since 2013, my aim is to complete all of my work to a good standard whilst doing my best to keep the costs down, as i believe in repeat custom.
From calling to arriving was within a few days. The blown light transformers were fixed very quickly. It took a few weeks before paperwork for the electrical safety arrived. But everything we asked for was done.
Peter's initial visit and inspection was the basis of the quote, which was very competitive. Once work was underway, Peter paid very close attention to detail, fixing some pre-exisiting problems, and always keeping me advised of progress, checking if there was anything he was unsure of. I can't recommend Peter highly enough.
