From calling to arriving was within a few days. The blown light transformers were fixed very quickly. It took a few weeks before paperwork for the electrical safety arrived. But everything we asked for was done.

I had cheaper quotes, but Islington replied first and worked on a Sunday. Punctual and worked hard. Two Gripes, one while installing the fuse box, moved my alarm control and lost a screw (but didn't tell me) - so I had issues getting the alarm working. Two didn't completely clean up the mess, left me to bin waste, minor Yes would use again, as work was accurate and logical, which you need with electrics, came across as highly competent, labelled all the wires so nothing got lost (except the screw)

There isn’t enough space on here to describe how happy I am and stress free Rob and his team made the process. I had a major extension to the rear and side of the home which meant I wasn't able to use the bottom area of my home at all. Rob and his team took care of everything and also provided so much extra help all the time any time and keeping up with the consistent service is truly unmatchable. Brilliant job - I was hesitant to hire as there weren't any ratings, but once I spoke to Stavros it was clear that he was a very diligent and reliable guy. Came up with a clever solution that allowed us to install power outlets where others had told us installation would not be possible. Finished work was of a very high standard - would definitely use again.

The whole team were (and still are!) fantastic from initial contact to end. They made site visits at very early times to suit me, returning with tools to test areas and offered to help with an asbestos enquiry (which I hadn't noticed). And all before being booked. The job took less time than planned, was exactly what was wanted and they left no trace of working. They also happily came back two weeks later to make some changes I wanted. I felt comfortable with all the team and really recommend them highly.

We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.
