Despite the competitive pricing, the lack of professionalism makes their services impossible to recommend. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. This kind of unreliability is deeply frustrating, especially when customers plan their day around appointments.

I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. Completely messed up the boiler/immersion wiring, literally wired both boiler and immersion switches together in a loop. Refused to return to fix the mistake. Avoid.

Vasile did a great job diagnosing a short circuit problem with an electric shower that was blowing the fuse. He offered me options including rewiring the circuit. I chose the option of isolating the circuit as the shower was no longer used. Vasile isolated the circuit to fix the short circuit.
