This is the first time I have used this site and must say I am extremely pleased with the result. Michael arrived as promised, tested my appliance and resolved my problem for less than the price of his petrol I would have thought. A response and quote were provided very quickly. I didn't actually use the company as a family member did the work instead. But would certainly use them again.

Although not the cheapest quote and he didn't do plastering to repair the channeling he did, he was professional, did exactly what I requested, installed the lights and switches for isolation purposes and it took about 3 hours or so. He was unable to turn up for the original appointment, a job he had took longer than expected, but he came two days later. Make sure you know a plasterer if your job needs channeling doing in your walls.

Joe did a great job responded quick and gave a estimate that was reasonably priced came on time worked extremely hard in very cold conditions to get job done very efficient and reliable

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

I have used many builders over the years and am pleased to recommend theses guys. The standard of workmanship was 1st class you received a full days work they left everyday making sure the site was tidy and were pleased to offer advise in order to obtain the best results. Pricing was on the mark and considering how hard they worked gave very good value for money. Jack came to Dovestone Holiday Park to supply and fit 9 isolators to our hot tubs. He turned up when agreed and was flexible as he could only fit the isolators when our cabins were empty. He workmanship was great, very neat and tidy. he kept me up to date with the installation and we are going to use jack for all our future electrical works on the park.

James is an very efficient and experienced electrician. He finished the job with a high standard and even add some extra switches for us with no extra cost. He is nice in person and can be trusted to do a good job . Highly recommended.
