I am a an electrician with over 17 years experience. Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

Phil was a very honest, pleasant and likeable guy. I explained my requirements but he suggested an alternative that does not require the services of an electrician. Steven arrived on time and did a brilliant job of fitting my new double plug, adding a new light fitting to my lounge ceiling and mounted and set up my tv on a wall and all for a reasonable price that we agreed in advance. He FaceTimed me in advance of the appt to visually understand my needs and the job. He was careful, ensured a good clean finish (important to me in a new build) and checked everything properly before leaving. I couldn’t fault anything he comes highly recommended by me.
