Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. Amazing service, one of the best!

Leroy & his brother Archie are what I would call "old school" Caribbean chaps who operate with a basic instinct for a job properly & well done! Their own innate generosity led to a number of occasions when they offered help of some kind for me personally, when I was already dealing with a couple of other irritating jobs at the same time. For the alarm system. He did Not set it up. Also installed the door bell which does not work correctly , nor connect. I have contacted him . He said that he would come around. He has not come around or answered my messages. He is not professional or reliable. I am going to ask him to take he’s equipment and refund fully
