Advisor called me up. After a lengthy discussion i asked if i can book for the engineer to come out. She told it would be a £240 call out charge, when i questioned this, she went on to tell me im a “idiot” whos wasting her time. Then put the phone down. Very shocked with this service.

Andrei completed the job not only professionally but also with sense of care. He paid great attention in details to ensure the toilet and the washing basin were installed properly. He spent extra time to correct the pipe problem caused the leak before the installation. The finish was very neat and pleasant. He carefully protected the floors and cleaned the bathroom after the job. He gave clear instructions for post-installation. His manner was professional and polite. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
