Vasile came out performed tests to diagnose a short circuit but was not able to resolve it due to access issues, he offered viable options for me to consider, however next day he thought of another fix which worked and the problem was resolved at a reasonable cost. Very happy with the service.

He fitted the water pump on 2 August and charged me £550. It never worked adequately from day one. Repeated promises that he'd come to replace it. I last had such a promise in early December. It's now the end of January. I'm a pensioner now, so have to wait to pay someone else to fit a new one - they quoted me only £250-300 ... when I can afford it in March, I'll have it done. I don't expect I'll hear from him again. Very disappointed to say the least
