I’m revising my original 5-star review after the repair failed 6 months later. While I got a prompt response to my initial warranty request, a fortnight was then wasted where my suggestions for dates went unanswered and an appointment was finally set only to get cancelled on the day. A request to specify a time for a new appointment has likewise been ignored. After 3 weeks without a bathroom light, I’m now paying for a repair with a new contractor rather than continue chasing such unreliable service.

HORRENDOUS experience. Sadly Phil is not a bathroom fitter and I now need to pay someone else to fix the problems he has left me with. I was bullied into paying in full, and left the bathroom with holes in the walls, uneven tiles, rotten bricks, leaking grout and an extractor that’s not pulling. I have asked Phil to return and fix the problems and get given excuse after excuse. I asked him to return some money to cover the cost of getting things fixed, not a penny returned. I am now left out of pocket.

As a summary I can honestly say that Jonathan and his crew are the best I have ever contracted to undertake work for me. They submitted the best tender for the job, they turned up when they said they would, site was measured up then they arrived on the dot as arranged. They also offered suggestions that would enhance what I wanted doing which were all taken up. The guys were all pleasant and polite and very hard working.
