Unfortunately, despite all of the efforts of the tradesman - who’s communication skills were very poor we had to call another locksmith to correct the job. The tradesman from Bridlock drew holes too big so screws fell out. He also left enormous mess after which we found quite strange and unexpected - he was very much in a hurry. Most tradesman we dealt with swept and hover after themselves. For £ 120 40min very messy job installing our lock which we purchased prior to the job I would not recommend to any

I have been in this double glazing for over 35years . Manufacting / fitting and the last 17 years service engineer for a large double glazing company . I always look to repair first before saying new window /door is needed . I can upgrade door locks if same cant be found . I repair leaks on conservatory / door / windows. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
