Matthew contacted us re quote for the Fusebox replacement which was accepted. The dates were not right for us but he managed to book us in for the dates that I was available. He came and spent most of the day with no break testing, changing the box retesting and also resolved some issues. Definitely recommend him and use him again. Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?
