Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. RCD consumer box was fitted happy with that work, but unfortunately the heating wire was disconnected I was left without heating called AM Electrical for advice, had to hire 2nd electrician who came out and said the cable was disconnected from the MAINS SWITCH and not the Henley Blocks. This cost me £80, seeking a fair refund from AM ELECTRICAL!
