I needed someone to replace my condemned boiler asap. I accepted their reasonable quote on Tuesday pm and they replaced my boiler 4 days later on a Saturday. I could not be happier with the work they did. From start to finish, they worked throughout in a professional, thoughtful manner. When completed, there was no evidence that they had been!! They cleared up really well and even offered to replace my furniture for me. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Well done!

This job was a complete and complicated rewire of a large old farmhouse, including various extras such as security alarm, boiler and underfloor heating controls and renovating an old Victorian lantern. Chris has done an excellent job, and even though it turned out to be more awkward than he expected (beams in unusual places, ceilings that came down, boiler wiring being non-standard etc) he honoured the original quote and took the time to make sure it was done properly. The standard of work is very good and Chris perseveres with jobs until he is satisfied with the result. An example is the great care he took with the positioning of the kitchen lights. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Hi I would rate mac security very highly and can recommend there work. Mike was very professional through the whole process of the work from quoting to installation of my CCTV system All the work was carried out as agreed in my quote and at the agreed price, Mike arrived on time, explained exactly what was happening, installed my system cleaned up after installation , and explained in detail how to operate the system. A first class job, by a very competent Electrician, I would have no hesitation in recommending Phil, he arrived on time, and very quickly resolved a major lighting problem. Whilst at the property, he carried out a second job, which again helped me tremendously. All in all a first class technician, who knew is job inside out. Genuinely impressed, his charges were realistic, almost £100.00 less than a competitor, who did NOT come via Rated People. Will definitely use Phil again.

Amazing service and highly recommend. Helen contacted me to arrange for Carl to visit; for a quote, which was emailed to me for me to review.
