We have no hesitation in recommending this company. We received excellent advice from Andrew Smedley before we commited to the work, and then him and his partner Neil Dunkley completed an excellent installation with the minimum of fuss. I have excellent plumbing skills that I can utilise in planning and installing plumbing systems to meet the standards and codes of safety of the building. Also I have wide experience on tiling, painting and decorating, wood framing (fake boxes), flooring . I am also an expert in understanding defects if any in the plumbing systems and fixtures, and use effective techniques in maintenance and fixing problems.

It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

I've had a problem for a while with my underfloor heating - boiler would come on even when the thermostat was off, so I've been unable to automatically turn heating on and off. I have had heating specialists from British Gas and also independents taking a look, saying they can't sort, and then charging a fee. Marian was able with his skillset to pinpoint the problem to an electrical switch associated with the underfloor heating. So it is now fixed, and I am a very happy customer!
