Kind, courteous, and mindful of noise with a baby around, he fixed a faulty tap repeatedly without extra charge. His prices were very reasonable, and he even corrected a water tank installation error (pipe replacement & soldering) at no cost. Highly recommended for his expertise and exceptional service.
