Adam had literally called and came to see me in within an hour of me posting the job up., He quoted and came back the same afternoon., although he came across some challenges by the previous workerleft he dealt with it fast and efficiently. He did the job he was contracted for promptly, in one day he was able to assess the roof and find where the problem was. He came back the same afternoon to complete the job and it was completed in a couple of hours. He was very clear with the quotation and there was not surprises on the final price.
This man came to replace a gutter. He never gave me any receipt,he said he would drop it off later as he didn't have a receipt book. With first big rainfall the gutter started leaking. I contacted him twice,he said he would come to fix it,which never happened. Waste of time and money.
