POOR very messy work to a really poor standard he claimed to be an experienced tradesman which l now find that hard to believe , he has taken some of my property and refused to pay money back to me which he borrowed £20 and also bragged about selling my property and how much he made.l would not recommend how he has been able to be recommended by Rated people is beyond belief

I'm not sure what property you believe I've taken. I agreed to dispose of the old toilet cistern. The fact I explained that I had taken the time to restore it and re-sell it does not mean I owe you any part of the profit. Unbelievable!! When I left your words were that you were over the moon with work done, so hope that's still the case.
