Found James through rated people to do a full kitchen refurbishment. This wasn’t the easiest project, when stripped out their were issues found. But James and other trades he brought in, that carried out the work were very professional and finished the work to a really high standard. We had a leak coming from the pipework connected to the water tank. James identified the issue by us sending pictures and also by explaining on the phone. He was very communicative and kept us informed as to when he could do the repair. He and his colleague were really professional and knowledgeable. Very misleading. I was told if a part was required I would not be charged for the time to go & get it. What I didn't anticipate was being asked to order the part online. I was told that I would incur another 1 hour charge to come back & fix it. The charge is £62.50 per half hour, minimum 1 hour. Having already paid the hourly charge I declined as total cost would have been £250 ex vat. plumber was at my house for 20 minutes, charged £125 ex vat, toilet not fixed. Rip off
