ended up putting a completely wrong colour of silicon in my bedroom which completely spoilt the look despite him saying it gives a different kind of look. I was completely new to doing a house, so didn’t know what will work and what won’t. Ignoring the choice of colour part, there were smudges of silicon at many places and i wouldn’t call it a neat job per my standards. But each one could have different standards.

Tim and Adam arrived bang on time at 7:30 am. Very friendly and did exactly what we had agreed beforehand. He actually gave me a small reduction on the quoted price as he didn't use all the material he had quoted for. The job took longer than Tim had anticipated (some tricky carpentry required) but they worked on through to complete it in one day, as promised. They also cleared up nicely at the end and took away all the debris. Our summer house should now last another 20 years at least!

Brilliant! Communication and attention to detail was outstanding all the way through. Zoltan and Tabita are lovely people too. Scheduled to come to my property the next day to fix boiler. Assured me that he would appear. Took me 4 hours by coach to come to my property in London next day only to be told that he could not do it. Very unethical. Cost me £500 per day time off as an IT contractor + £70 national express coach return ticket and waste of time. This guy named Daniel quoted slightly lower than others but I guess you get what you pay for - I would not use sole trader like this next time due to how unprofessional they can be.
