It must have been just good luck to have found Ethan Frayling. He and his two sons did a very good job. They are friendly, diligent and honest. When they finished they cleaned up and the house looked as if nobody had been there. That is quite unusual I find. It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. Dan got in touch quickly & was able to fix toilet, install a new kitchen tap & identify problem with shower quickly. He returned to fix the shower promptly once the part arrived. Very fast to quote, responded quickly to our questions, moved some jobs around to fit us in as quickly as possible as the storm had made our garden completely open to the outside world. Came in, did the job within a couple of days, took all of the rubbish from the old fence away, staff were friendly and presentable and the fence seems to be good quality so overall very pleased. Would definitely use them again.
