He sorted a leak in the shower hose and gave me good advice about general maintenance. His colleague replaced the sealant behind my kitchen sink and did an excellent job taking time and trouble to complete the job properly. They both cleared up well after the jobs were completed. The attending plumber (a day late) wouldn't give a price, not even a rough estimate. Took him about an hour of work and was charged the exorbitant amount of £980 (some samples of the invoice: isolator installed £120, Re-sealed flexi and installed new rubber £120) BEWARE
