I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

He fitted the water pump on 2 August and charged me £550. It never worked adequately from day one. Repeated promises that he'd come to replace it. I last had such a promise in early December. It's now the end of January. I'm a pensioner now, so have to wait to pay someone else to fit a new one - they quoted me only £250-300 ... when I can afford it in March, I'll have it done. I don't expect I'll hear from him again. Very disappointed to say the least

Was very efficient and early prompt! The job was done thoroughly and I don’t think I will be calling Zomir anytime soon as the toilet seat was extremely secure and fixed to a high Standard he did a great job. However I do appreciate his 12 month guarantee for this particular job and said that I can call him anytime during the next 12 months and he will come to fix all should there be an issue with the toilet appliance.
