Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional. As Sam only had one rating I was reluctant to hire Sam. He did the job & now the boiler works. My husband was a builder before retiring & I am used to sending out an invoice & waiting up to a week before bothering people with demands for payment.
