John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls. We picked John because of positive reviews on this site and have not been dissapointed, will definately use him again

Would highly recommend. Stuart gave straight talking and honest advice and was more than half the price of British Gas. Julie in the office was a pleasure to speak with and even called after to make sure I was happy with the work. Overall a very pleasing experience.

From start to finish the service and communication as well as value was first class. Our damage occurred during the severe storm in early 2025. Paul (BP Roofing) surveyed the damage using a drone and professionally presented photos of the damage that had occurred. After accepting the very reasonable quote for the work, the work was completed the next weekend. Again drone footage was provided to show the work that had been completed. So satisfied with the highly professional we received.

Kidd supplied a very competitive quote and also advised us of the governments green deal cashback scheme which enables us to claim back a substantial amount of the boiler costs. All information given was followed up by email links for the boiler and the scheme. The installation was great, graham and andy were on time, very clean, tidy and professional, the new boiler is working well with a 10 year warranty, i would recommend Kidd Heating to anyone and have already done so with work colleagues and pals.

Cannot praise enough. only reason for giving 4 stars on reliability was the last minute change in appointment - it didnt inconvenience me at all - and he came next day. I will definitely be calling on them again for any future jobs. 1st class!!
