Having used this company in the past I hoped our interactions during a request for a quote would be equally cordial. Unfortunately however after me disapproving of a rather high quote for which I attempted to get full clarification on what would be provided, I was met with irate anger and accusations. I can only assume I may have been mistaken for another client they may have dealt with in the past. Not a great way to deal with previous customers.

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Light Electrics! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled. I recently had a new electric oven and hob installed, which also required sorting out the junction box and safely removing the old gas oven, hob, and gas piping.
